Donkey Kong 64, released in 1999 on Nintendo 64, officially joins the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack library on June 4, 2026. Developed by Rare, this 3D platformer remains a cornerstone of Nintendo fifth console generation.
The game features five playable characters from the Kong family with unique abilities. Its Grant Kirkhope soundtrack, including the unforgettable DK Rap, is part of video game popular culture.
An N64 library that keeps growing
DK64 joins Super Mario 64, Ocarina of Time, Majora Mask, Banjo-Kazooie and GoldenEye 007, all reserved for Expansion Pack subscribers.
