Trama

1943 Kai è uno shoot'em up pubblicato su arcade e poi adattato su PC Engine. Si tratta di uno shoot'em up verticale giocabile a due. Per quanto riguarda il gameplay, è un classico, si spara e si evita di farsi scendere. I bonus appaiono sullo schermo come "POW" e ogni volta che spari cambiano.
