Description
The 3DO Interactive Multiplayer is a game console launched in 1993 by The 3DO Company, under a licensing model open to several manufacturers such as Panasonic, Goldstar or Sanyo. It used an ARM60 processor and a CD-ROM drive as primary media. This BIOS corresponds to the boot firmware embedded in the console, responsible for initializing the hardware and launching the games from the CD. 3DO hardware also served as the basis for several arcade systems, notably those from American Laser Games.
