Synopsis

The chosen color is locked to the opponent for one turn; by drawing lines from one edge of the field to the other, we fill all the intermediate space. In addition, the trays come in different diamond sizes, color textures and with obstacle stones. A (generous) time limit provides gentle pressure.

In the wake of Tetris, Alexey Pajitnov's brick breaker, Infogrames has licensed the concept of another Russian mathematician for a game of logic and dexterity: Two players start from opposite ends of a board, filled with rectangles of seven different colors, and take turns choosing one of these colors. All diamonds of that color bordering the player's territory are annexed, thus expanding the borders. Whoever first controls more than half the field wins.
