Synopsis

The game begins in the present day with three people trying to stop a man. After a few events, the game goes back a year. You control Talan, the man from the intro who was trying to be arrested.

Talan is almost late for work the day the principal, the most important man in the world, gives a speech; Talan is called to the principal's office himself. Talan passes out, and after waking up, he finds himself in the principal's office again. The director locks the door and is shot after speaking with Talan. Talan is the obvious suspect in the murder, so he is on the run from the authorities as a fugitive. Before his death, the Director told Talan to "seek Paradise", a community which, under contract law, is immune to the Agency's influence; the Agency is not permitted to enter Paradise property.
