Synopsis

Age of Empires is a game where you must manage your primitive tribe to make it evolve in the hope of becoming a great ancient power, the historical period covered by the game going from the Stone Age to the Iron Age and covering 10,000 years of ancient history. You will find 24 independent scenarios, 4 campaigns (Egypt / tutorial, Greece, Yamato / Japan, Babylon), 12 civilizations each with advantages and reserved technologies. To develop your civilization, you have 4 resources: wood, food, stone and gold. The population is limited by the number of dwellings, and building buildings or units costs resources of different types.
