Synopsis

Air Assault is a 2D top-scrolling shooter where you take control of the fighter. The game is similar to Air Duel. You must face the evil plans of an organization called the Fourth Empire over a period of eight stages.
As you progress and fight various tanks, flying machines, ships, static cannons and boss bonuses become available. Power-ups can be collected from capsules. Four types of guns are available: the Balkan cannon (wide arc cannon), the Wing gun (wide arc cannon), the graviton laser (narrow beam), and the grenade (all-direction cannon). The missiles include the Strait Megaton Missile and a heat-seeking missile. There is also a bomb that clears the entire screen. The game can be played solo or with a friend.
