Synopsis
Alien Breed II: The Horror Continues has Gauntlet-influenced gameplay, similar to the first Alien Breed with many new features. Playing as one of four soldiers of the Interplanetary Corps, you must visit an isolated colony infested with aliens and destroy the alien invaders. The game is divided into three main rounds: Civil, Military and Scientific. Corridors also connect them, as well as exterior levels. In total there are 17 areas, each featuring many different aliens and settings. Throughout the game, you accumulate credits which can be exchanged for weapons, ammo and other upgrades. Keys are collected as you progress to access rooms containing bonuses. The game can be played alone or with a friend.
