Synopsis

In Alone in the Dark 2, you play as Detective Edward Carnby. Carnby must now investigate a liquor dealer named One Eyed Jack who may have kidnapped young Grace Saunders. His partner Ted Stryker attempts to infiltrate Jack's dilapidated mansion in Hell's Kitchen and rescue the girl, and disappears.
Carnby soon learns that Jack and his gangsters are actually 15th-century pirates who gained immortality after Jack allied himself with Elizabeth Jarret, a voodoo witch. However, the dark magic that allows them to remain immortal requires Jack and his crew to regularly perform human sacrifices.
Carnby must now fight his way through Hell's Kitchen to find a way to break the spell.
The game's graphics are hybrid 2D-3D. You must solve numerous puzzles while fighting zombie pirates with your weapons or through trickery.
