Description

The player controls the character using a snowboard mounted on a piece of furniture, on which the player is supposed to stand.

The game features two game modes, "Free Riding Mode" and "Gate Racing Mode", as well as two difficulties, Novice and Expert. In Free Riding mode, the player is free to slide down a mountain on a snowboard while performing aerial tricks, and must arrive at the bottom before the timer reaches zero. In Gate Race mode, the player must race against CPU-controlled opponents and must reach the bottom of the mountain in first place, then the bottom of the mountain again before the timer reaches zero.

Like in the original Alpine Racer game, the player can unlock a hidden character by holding down the Select button while pressing the Decision button seven times.
