Synopsis

Alter Ego is a game that attempts to simulate life itself. The player creates a character with unique characteristics, either randomly or by answering a few preliminary questions. He then guides this character through seven stages of life, from childhood to old age.

The game consists of a series of situations where a choice is necessary. To do this, the player chooses from several options, sometimes accompanied by a mood. The outcome of his choice is then presented to him, and he moves on to the next situation. Every decision has long-term consequences and influences personality, health and future situations. Some decisions can even result in premature death or the immediate end of the game.
