Synopsis

American Speedway is a top-down racing game where one or two players compete on a fixed screen.
You have to avoid obstacles, manage slippage caused by oil puddles and overtake three cars controlled by the AI.
Races take place in qualifying or competition rounds, each consisting of five laps.
To progress, you must finish first or second, while taking advantage of the speed, grip or points bonuses scattered around the track.
