Synopsis

Arcade Trivia Quiz is a quiz game. There are four blocks of questions. Each block contains questions in six categories:nn- Art and literaturenn- Sciencenn- Musicnn- Cinema and televisionnn- Sportnn- History and geography

The icons representing these categories are displayed in a pyramid arrangement. The available question icons flash in sequence and players must press FIRE at the right time to select the icon of their choice. All questions are multiple choice with four answers, one correct and three incorrect, being available.
Question selection and response are timed and must be completed within eight seconds.

Rating is based on money. All players start with £1.00 and each player bets 20p per attempt. If, by successfully answering the questions, a player gets to the top of the pyramid, they trigger a 'Cash Run' feature which can award extra money - up to £5.00.

The game also has a random jackpot feature in which a player can choose to put in the money they have won so far or double the money but risk losing it on an incorrect answer.
