Synopsis
The player controls a ship at the bottom of the screen that can fire upward, but only so that a shot remains on the screen at all times. Above the ship, a swarm of aliens moves from left to right and then back again. From time to time, an alien or a group of aliens rushes forward and attempts to dive-bomb the player. Once all the aliens have been shot down, the player advances to the next stage and faces a more difficult variation of the same challenge.
