Synopsis

Armageddon is an action game created to tie in with the 1996 animated film of the same name. You can switch between first and third person viewpoints while piloting a spaceship in an effort to repel invaders. The ship moves forward automatically and must avoid obstacles in addition to destroying enemies in space.

In first-person mode, you have to move the ship to align the crosshairs and shoot at objects coming straight at you such as asteroids or enemies. In third person view you have a little more control because you can move the crosshair. Power-ups will appear occasionally, giving you numerous abilities like electromagnetic bombs.
