Synopsis

Arnhem is a tactical wargame which depicts the assault operation launched by the Allied forces in September 1944 to seize the Arnhem bridge, in the Netherlands. There are British, Irish, Welsh, Polish and American units of the Allied forces against the German forces.
The Allied Forces player places airborne units all over the map in open locations and waits for them to land. Next, the player selects units and orders them to move, entrench, or change size. Units move on a grid of rectangular cells. Bombardment attack is possible for certain units. Axis forces defend against attacks. Historically, the Axis has won this battle, and this is the player's opportunity to change history.
