Synopsis

Atom Hunt is a game for up to four players. The goal is to deduce the position of several atoms placed on an 8 x 8 grid. Atoms are found by casting rays into the grid. Three things can happen to a ray.
1. A ray is absorbed when it enters directly into an atom, as happened to the ray starting at point A.
2. A ray is deflected at right angles by an atom in the next row toward its path. The ray from point R is reflected 3 times before emerging at point C.
3. A ray can be reflected back on itself and this can happen in two ways. A reflection can occur as a result of two simultaneous deflections, as happens at the radius of point D.
Alternatively, a ray will be reflected if there is an atom on the edge of the grid, next to the point. After deducing the position of an atom, enter Guess mode to select the square you suspect.
