Synopsis

Babel is a JRPG set in a futuristic world. Zell and his group travel around the world, visiting major cities and encountering many randomly appearing enemies. During turn-based battles each character can use various attacks with different weapons as well as special techniques. The combat window displays the animated movements of party members. Unlike most role-playing games, characters do not receive experience points after defeating their enemies, only money is earned. Characters level up based on the player's progress in the story.
