Ritorno al futuro II è una raccolta di cinque giochi arcade e puzzle ispirati al secondo film della saga. Marty McFly e Doc Brown viaggiano indietro nel tempo per impedire a Biff di cambiare il futuro.
Il gioco include cinque sequenze:
1. **Hoverboard Chase**: gara di hoverboard in vista isometrica, con molti ostacoli da evitare.
2. **Jennifer Rescue**: puzzle con vista dall'alto in cui devi guidare Jennifer fuori di casa senza che incontri i membri della sua famiglia.
3. **Beat Biff**: picchiaduro a scorrimento laterale in cui Marty affronta gli uomini di Biff con pugni, calci e salti.
4. **Band Puzzle**: puzzle scorrevole a tempo consistente nel ricostruire l'immagine animata di un'orchestra scolastica.
5. **Hoverboard Chase 2**: nuova gara di hoverboard, simile alla prima, ma ambientata nel 1955.
