Synopsis

Bandits at Zero is a side-view side-scrolling shoot'em up. Your mission: find and destroy an aircraft carrier at sea in a few days. The screen constantly scrolls from left to right in the direction you are moving. You must fly over the sea and survive day and night until you reach the aircraft carrier, while avoiding and shooting down enemy planes. A radar at the bottom of the screen displays the position of enemy aircraft. As the battles progress, day gradually turns into night, then vice versa. Your fuel gauge slowly decreases, but when night gives way to day, you can refuel in flight by following another plane. If you are hit by a plane or touch it, you lose one of your seven shields. If you run out of shields or fuel, the game is over.
