Synopsis
Barbarian II: The Dungeon of Drax est un jeu vidéo d'action sorti en 1988 pour diverses plateformes informatiques personnelles. C'est la suite de Barbarian: The Ultimate Warrior (sorti en 1987), qui offre une action de combat à l'épée à un ou deux joueurs. Contrairement à son prédécesseur, Barbarian II ne propose qu'un mode solo, dans lequel le joueur assume le rôle de la princesse Mariana brandissant l'épée ou du sauvage titulaire, qui est armé d'une hampe de bataille. Leur quête commune est de poursuivre le méchant sorcier Drax, qui s'est enfui dans sa cachette de donjon après sa défaite lors du premier match. Les personnages joueurs se frayent un chemin à travers une friche inhospitalière, un système de grottes et un donjon avant d'affronter Drax dans son sanctuaire intérieur pour une confrontation.
