Synopsis

You and your grandfather simply invested your life in purchasing a small farm of a few acres to grow vegetables and raise horses, a place to escape the battle of city life. But you discover that the whole farm is full of things that are determined to hunt you.

Barnyard Blaster is a gallery-style shooter for use with the Atari XG-1 light gun or joystick. There are three levels plus a bonus level. Your objective is to rid your farm of vermin by shooting targets in each of three levels. Between each level, you will play on the Gramps bonus screen where you can refresh your shooting. But to pass through each level, you need to achieve a certain percentage of shooting accuracy. At the end of the game, you get a ranking based on your performance.
