Synopsis

Baron is a turn-based real estate business simulation where the player aims to build wealth through property speculation and trading in the American market. Each turn represents one month, allowing players to analyze trends, evaluate properties, buy and sell real estate, trade options, and take out loans. Starting with $35,000 and a Novice status, players face limitations like higher costs and smaller loans, but as their net worth grows to Investor or Banker levels, they gain better financial leverage.

The main objective is to reach $1,000,000 in net worth within 60 months to achieve the title of Baron, though players can continue to grow beyond that goal. Poor decisions can lead to bankruptcy. The game supports up to 14 player records, though only one plays at a time, and progress can be saved and resumed later.
