Synopsis

Baron: The Real Estate Simulation takes you deep into the American real estate market, where you build your fortune through speculation and shrewd deals. Each round represents a month, allowing you to follow trends, buy and sell goods, trade options and take out loans. With starting capital of $35,000 and “beginner” status, you face limitations such as lower loan amounts and higher closing costs. As your wealth increases, you gain the status of investor or banker, thus benefiting from new advantages. The ultimate goal: to achieve assets of $1,000,000 in 60 months to obtain the title of Baron.
