Synopsis

This sequel to Baseball Stars Professional features a fast-paced, arcade-style baseball game with six fictional teams, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. There are two game difficulties: Beginner, which automatically places the ball on the court for the player, and Exciting, where the player must place the ball manually. Additionally, there are two main game modes: in single-player mode, the player participates in a fifteen-team tournament or competes against a friend in multiplayer mode.

The standard rules of baseball still apply, but the game adds bonuses that the player can pick up and use during play, such as allowing their pitcher to throw faster or their batter to hit better. They can also replace a player during the match, but are limited to three substitutions per match. The game is 2D with comic book style cut scenes to illustrate the action, such as spectacular catches and home runs...
