Synopsis

Basketball Playoff puts you in the shoes of a professional basketball coach, with an initial budget of $34 million. Start by building your team from 50 available players, each with their own characteristics in speed, technique, endurance and marksmanship. The roster includes not only athletes, but also figures from the world of music, cinema and politics, such as Michael Jackson, Eddie Murphy and Margaret Thatcher. After the management phase, where you recruit and assign your players, the action moves onto the field. You then control the player in possession of the ball, chaining passes, shots and field goal attempts, while using tactics and timeouts to gain an advantage. Tournament and Single Match modes offer different challenges where strategy is as important as skill on the field.
