Synopsis

Battlefront is a WWII corps command simulator where players lead Axis and Allied troops. As commander, the player issues orders to up to twelve regiments, which must carry them out under enemy pressure. The objectives and time allotted are predefined; the player decides the missions of the regiments while ensuring supplies. Each round lasts six hours, during which battles and troop movements take place. The map represents the terrain in square kilometers, controlled by battalions. There are 14 types of battalions with varying levels of experience and morale. The game features four scenarios: Crete (1941), Stalingrad (1942), Saipan (1944) and Bastogne (1944-1945).
