Synopsis

A port of the arcade game Battlezone for the Atari 5200. Like the arcade game, you pilot a tank and shoot enemy tanks while trying to avoid their fire in a 3D environment. Unfortunately, it was never published and only exists in prototype form. The prototype appears largely complete, but collision detection appears to be disabled and unoptimized at times. It also replaces some of the arcade vector graphics with bitmaps, probably due to the limitations of the Atari 5200. You can also play this game with two joysticks, which is supposed to help you control the game rather than just one, if you get used to it.
