Synopsis

This is the first game in the Best Play Pro Yakyuu series. Unlike similar baseball games developed for the Famicom, this game places a heavy emphasis on baseball management simulation, not the skill of playing baseball. As a result, players do not hit, throw or shoot the ball. Their in-game interactions are accomplished by changing lineups and alternating pitchers and outfielders in order to give your team the best chance it has of winning a league pennant race.
