Synopsis

After winning a best-of-three match against an opponent, contestants on the Blockbusters game show had to compete in a Golden Race to win prizes. As in the main game, this race took place on a grid of 5x4 interlocking hexagons, with each hexagon representing a question. Correct answers colored the hexagon your color, while incorrect ones changed it to the opposing color (here, black, blocking your path). The main difference was that the questions were composed of several words, MVA could mean Hungry Green Monster. Initially, players could compete in up to 5 Gold Races; subsequently, this number was reduced to 3 (probably because players who won many classic games had a greater chance of winning the jackpots). This version for home uses the same structure and offers 9 levels of difficulty, thus determining the time allocated.
