Synopsis
Life in the Other World was peaceful for you, Kteth, the falcon-headed Egyptian god, your brothers and the other deities, until the day your father, Seth, assassinated the great god Osiris to take his place. Osiris's son, Horus, rose and defeated Seth and drove him from the Otherworld, while you and your kin are banished and become mortals among men. Innocent, certain gods decide to help you and reveal to you the existence of the Book of the Dead, an almost forgotten manuscript describing how a mortal soul can travel to the Other World after death, present in tomes, on tombs and in the minds of priests or divine beings.
