Synopsis

Brain Disease II: The Return is the sequel to the challenging puzzle game Brain Disease. While the first game focused on moving blocks, this sequel introduces a new concept: instead of pushing blocks together, players must now strategically arrange balls to meet certain patterns or requirements and unlock the next level. Brain Disease II focuses on logical thinking and the ability to plan several steps in advance. Levels become increasingly complex, and players must place balls precisely to meet the requirements. Switching from blocks to balls adds a new dynamic to the gameplay, as the movement options and arrangement require additional tactical considerations.
