Synopsis

The planet New Texas resembles Texas from the Wild West era: mystical Indians, bar brawlers and archery mercenaries. The only man strong enough to maintain order in such a place is Marshall Bravestarr. The odious Stampede wants to bring the dead back to life as zombies and put them under his command.
BraveStarr is a side-scrolling action game based on the popular 80s space western series. In a limited time, you must find and rescue Shamen who has been captured by the evil Tex Hex, in order to help Stampede's plans.
The game starts at Fort Kerium, in front of the bar. You can enter buildings to talk to people and examine rooms. Outside, you have to jump, shoot enemies, and collect the various power-ups they drop.
