Synopsis

A squad-level tactical combat game, like the X-Com game series and the more contemporary Laser Squad game. Breach 2 features turn-based combat, from an isometric perspective, in the distant future. One of the most unique aspects of the game is that team leaders gain experience for surviving successful missions.

Breach 2 takes place in the same sci-fi universe as Omnitrend's Universe and Rules of Engagement series and shares the same story as those games. Breach 2 is part of the IGS (Interlocking Game System) and is compatible with both Rules of Engagement games. This means you can use Breach 2 to resolve tactical combat situations, such as boarding an enemy ship, that you encounter in the ship command simulation that is the heart and soul of the Rules of Engagement series.

A scenario builder is included in the game, allowing you to create your own missions and swap them.
