Synopsis

Broadsides transports you to the Napoleonic era, simulating naval battles. Jump straight into the arcade action, piloting, maneuvering and shooting at full speed, or opt for tactical mode, making the same decisions as real captains from the quarterdeck. Beyond historic ships, you can design your own buildings, from weaponry to crew. Victory is achieved by sinking the enemy or scoring enough points to force them to surrender. Defeat comes if too much of your crew is lost or enemy boarding overwhelms your ship. If both ships sink or no results are achieved by 6 p.m., the battle ends in a draw.
