Synopsis

BS Tantei Club: Yuni ni Kieta Kaki (also known as BS Tan or B Tan) is a 3-part downloadable game on satellaview which was released in two installments. It is a pseudo-prequel to Tantei Club: Kieta Kokeisha and the sequel Tantei Club part 2: Ushiro ni Tatsu Shojo. Bs Tantei club is a detective story.

The game is based on a point and click text adventure system where images are presented to the player who is guided by a hand-drawn icon around the screen to select objects in the image for future investigation. A number icon on a sidebar presents the player with several options such as taking notes, speaking, or making phone calls.

Similar gameplay was used in other FDS-era games including the popular Shadowgate (1989)
