Synopsis

The player plays Diogenes, a Carthaginian warlord fighting against the Roman invasion during the Punic Wars.
The game combines military strategy, economic management and action phases.
These take place when traveling between cities.
While controlling a tank, in rear view, the player must avoid obstacles on the roadway to avoid losing money.
He must also defeat the Roman tanks (the action then switches to overhead view) to waste as little time as possible.
