Synopsis

In Caverns of Doom you take on the role of Cuthbert, following the notes of the explorer Jesmon Hys, who in 6502 BC uncovered the ancient tombs of Ledromica. Too old to continue, he left clues pointing to a hidden temple devoted to the god Rah — and now it's your turn to uncover it. The game unfolds as a flick-screen maze where you search chambers for treasure and bonuses while fending off monsters that appear after a few seconds. One shot is enough to destroy them, but a single touch means death. Doors can only be opened with keys, and you can carry just one at a time. Careful movement, timing, and courage are essential if you hope to reach the Temple of Rah and claim its ancient riches.
