Synopsis

The inhabitants of the planet Rydthar, who call themselves Earthlings, were forced to leave their planet and settle on the third moon, Xydrahpur. The Earthlings had built Absolute Control Stations (ACS) and scattered them across the planet, but they grew out of control and took over Xydrahpur. In their new home, they quickly discover the presence of an active SCA in the depths of the underground caverns. A hero is needed to descend into the tunnels and disable the SCA; you play as one of these heroes, Starman Jones. Caverns of Xydrahpur is a side-view action-adventure game where you control Jones on his space bike and progress through the cavern tunnels in search of the SCA. Each screen presents an obstacle, like an alien or opening and closing doors, that you must avoid. If you hit an obstacle or a wall, you lose one of your lives.
