Description

CHALLENGER is the latest video game released by Centuri. With its bright colors and animated setting, it is sure to attract the most avid action game player.

The game consists of 16 sectors (rounds) of play. Sector 1 begins with large energy rings floating randomly on the screen. The spaceship must avoid colliding with the rings, otherwise it will explode into a star of brilliant colors. The spaceship avoids the energy rings by moving right or left across the playing field, while blasting them with the ship's three-way cannons. The bursting of the large rings (100 points) divides them into medium rings (200 points) which themselves divide into small rings (400 points).
