Description
Champion Baseball II is the multiplayer version of the baseball game released in arcades in 1983, developed by Alpha Denshi and published by Sega. The game was very sophisticated for its time, displaying the pitch from multiple viewing angles, including close-ups of batters and pitchers, and giving the player the ability to select different types of pitchers or batters, as well as an umpire who carefully observed fouls. The game became very popular in Japanese arcades upon its release, becoming as popular as Space Invaders, according to Sega.
