Synopsis

Chop Suey is a one-on-one martial arts fighting game. Each successful attack against the opponent raises their pain bar, but it quickly decreases if the pressure is not maintained. When the bar is full, the POW symbol flashes and the fighter goes down with the next hit. It recovers after a few seconds, but one eighth of the pain bar remains permanently blocked. The match ends when a fighter is knocked down eight times or when the timer runs out. If the player wins, the next match takes place with a more difficult opponent. Two air vents are installed on each side of the screen. Sometimes scorpions fall from these vents and the player must avoid them due to their deadly sting. Before starting the game, the player can choose between a slow game mode and a fast game mode.
