Synopsis
Classic Trainer allows you to own five horses and race them over multiple seasons with the goal of winning the Derby at the end of each season. Each season lasts 20 weeks and you have the choice of three races in a meeting each week if you decide to race a horse. You start the game with £5,000 and before a meeting you have several options for you and your horses which cost you money: putting them through training, treating injuries, getting a loan and recruiting a jockey. Once you are happy with your selections, you are shown your horses, their fitness, class and racing statistics; you also have the option of selling a horse.
