Clock Tower Deluxe is a hack of Clock Tower (1995) for the Super Famicom created by BobSchneeder45

Can run up and down stairs (can also run to all hot spots)
Refined pursuit system (disabled using classic pursuit patch)
Hold UP or DOWN to speed up the credits
Faster health regeneration
Region Disabled Error Screen

—Mouse—
Left button: Browse/click objects
Right button: stop/panic button
Press SELECT to change mouse speed (on real hardware). Changes the cursor speed for the gamepad if no mouse is connected.
Move the cursor down to access the inventory. Right clicking there will switch to the default cursor
