Synopsis

In Colony 7, the player must defend the colony against an alien attack using classic shooting weapons, the Mega-Blaster which destroys targets near the detonation zone or the Eradicator which acts as a smart bomb by clearing the entire screen. An ion shield protects the colony but can be destroyed by enemy fire.
In many ways, Colony 7 combines two of the most popular shooter games of the time, Tehkan's Pleiads and Atari's Missile Command. The main innovation of Colony 7 was the diversity of weapons.
