Synopsis

You wake up in a sealed wing of the count’s Transylvanian castle, which appears to be restricted but offers other secret passageways and unexpected exits to the intrepid and resourceful explorer. Over the course of a few days, you must familiarize yourself with the castle’s layout and the nocturnal activities of its primary resident, who chooses to prepare midnight snacks for you rather than a main course. An unpredictable day/night cycle forces your hand, requiring you to find a reliable light source and ways to stay awake—or else you’ll wake up the next morning in bed, your belongings stolen by the night’s kleptomaniac creature and your neck bearing irritated bite marks. Every day, you must gradually inch closer to your goal of defeating the Count, lest you end up as yet another dried-up appetizer.
