Synopsis

The setting is a country of aristocrats: a tributary nation for Luxonne. Crimson Empire is a love adventure game about a maid, Shelia Rosan, who works in the luxurious royal castle. But behind the lavish facade, the castle is home to a savage - and bloody - political war.

Shelia carries a dark past of enslavement and murder. Now she survives, day to day, with only a small wish in her heart. Strong and skilled, Shelia uses her position as Head Maid to hide her true profession: bodyguard to the second prince, Prince Edvard.

While navigating the power struggle between Prince Edvard and his brother, the deceptive Prince Justin, Shelia must understand and use the dangerous people who surround her. But, although a brilliant fighter and tactician, Shelia is unskilled when it comes to love and friendships. Such a gap between her power and her heart could lead to a dire ending indeed.
