Synopsis

Cyber ​​Police ESWAT is a horizontal scrolling shooter developed and published by Sega. Players control Duke Oda, a member of the Liberty City Cyber ​​Police Force, tasked with finding and arresting the city's most dangerous criminals, and dismantling a terrorist organization seeking world domination.

The gameplay is very similar to Shinobi, with the ability to jump up and down between scenery planes. The goal of each of the game's 15 levels is to stop a specific criminal, who is usually an end-of-level boss. Duke is armed with a single-shot pistol at the start of the game, but after stopping the first three targets and being promoted to ESWAT, Duke is equipped with power armor with a machine gun for the rest of the game. The armor provides access to a special weapon that is found throughout the levels. However, both of Duke's weapons require ammo, without which the player can only attack with a kick. Additional ammo can be found in crates throughout the levels.
