Description

Cycle Warriors" is a mixture of racing and arcade beat'em up, in which you control a biker on a motorcycle who must face an entire army of other rival bikers in a futuristic city. You can play up to 4, all in rear view like in Road Rash. There are 7 levels to cross, with each time an objective in each level. Each of the 4 characters has their own weapon: axe, metal ball, spear, giant hammer... You can also deliver a special blow, and jump (even if it's physically impossible), visually, it's not very beautiful, but the game remains pleasant to play and doesn't take itself too seriously, there's a lot of humor, surprising in a silly game of this kind: like the ridiculous faces of the heroes when we land a blow, or more funny, when they take a hit while backing up, but also the running gag of the cops who try to arrest us and who get hit by one, or the moments where we recover energy by going backwards; eating chicken legs when a young woman walks with a cart on the road, etc. Nice but quite difficult.
