Synopsis

The sport of kings throws together owners holding vast wealth, thoroughbred bloodlines, featherweight jockeys and an encompassing track to bring them all together. Prize purses and prestige are the winnings to be grabbed with a successful run. Sega's sequel to the popular Derby Owner game from last year adds some new racing tracks to fold - Oro Park Marioka Race Course, which is the largest horse racing track in Japan, Kawasaki Horse Racing Track and Oi Racing Track. Horse barons may also enter trophy stallions in global horse races including the Dubai World Cup which is sponsored by the United Arab Emirates and known as the Richest Horse Race in the World with a purse of US$6 million. As before, the core of the game behooves you to breed strong bloodlines, train them and then put them to the track for winnings.
